    I ski midweek at mount southington and although the runs are short they are are expertly groomed with great snow. I always enjoy myself here and when I don't go to Vermont... Full review

    Good for Connecticut

    Pros: convenient to get to; short, fast lines

    Cons: Not challenging enough for experts

    Not a lot of places to ski in Connecticut so can't compare it to the larger ski areas. As far as small ones go, it works pretty well for families. The lines... Full review

    Great for a small mountain. Their are usually no lines except evening in January when there are many bus trips. Staff are friendly and nice. Prices are very reasonable, from 3pm-7pm on... Full review
