Colorado Snow Totals Crack the Century Mark

Wolf Creek leads the way after the most recent storm dumped three feet, letting them open the entire mountain. Aspen had two feet, and two snow days for the local kids. As you can see from the picture, Steamboat skiers and riders played in the powder for several days. The bad news for the kids is that Steamboat never has a snow day. They only get out of school if the temperature drops down to 40 below. Last year, we made it to 36 below and the little tears down my children's cheeks froze before they hit the ground!
