Hidden Valley, N.J. is moving toward private club status, but is still open to the public, and season passes are, of course, the least expensive way for frequent skiers and riders to hit the slopes.

Unlimited Season Passes: Adult 13-69, $389; Junior 6-12, $349; Child 5 and under, $25.

Other season passes: Senior 70 Plus Unlimited, $25; Weekday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. non-holiday periods, $179; Twilight Pass, 3 p.m. to closing any day, $219; Race Parent Unlimited Pass, up to age 69, $229.

It pays to work at the Hidden Valley Club. An Employee Unlimited Pass costs $150.
