The pass is an even better deal if purchased by Oct. 13, after which prices go up.

The Gold New England Pass - valid at Sugarloaf, Sunday River, and Loon every day of the 2008-09 season - costs $949 for adults 19-64; $749 for teens (13-18); $649 for juniors (6-12); $479 for seniors (65-79); $30 for super seniors (80 and up); and $30 for children five and under. It also gives a 15 percent discount at Sunday River and Sugarloaf retailers.

The Silver Pass costs $649 for adults; $599 for teens; $549 for juniors; and has 12 blackout dates: Dec. 27-31, 2008; Jan.2-3, Jan. 17, Jan. 24, Feb. 7, and Feb. 14-15, 2009.

It also gives a 10 percent discount at Sunday River and Sugarloaf retailers.

The Bronze Pass costs $399 for all ages, and is valid Monday through Friday through the season, with blackout dates Nov. 27-28, Dec. 25-26, and Dec. 29-31, 2008; and Jan. 1-2, Jan. 19, and Feb. 16-20, 2009. It also gives a 10 percent discount at Sunday River and Sugarloaf retailers.

The College Pass costs $329 through Nov. 11, and is valid for skiing at the three areas every day of the season. Proof of status required.
