Range Of Hunter Mountain Passes Available

Hunter Mountain in New York State's Catskills offers a range of season passes.

Adult Gold Passes, good for unlimited skiing all season long, costs $749 through Oct. 19, then increases to $899.

Young Adult Passes, ages 13 to 18, are $299, then increase to $699.

Junior Passes, ages 7 to 12, cost $299, then $599.

Senior Passes, 65 and over, cost $399, then $599.

Toddler Passes, 6 and under, cost $49 and do not increase.

70-Plus Club Members cost $89, and do not increase.

Transferrable Gold Passes cost $1,199, and do not increase.

Gold Pass benefits include a 15 percent discount at most on-mountain eateries; a free group lesson; a deal on season locker rentals; 20 percent discounts at the Ski Shop, Board Room and Learning Center Boutique; and up to 30 percent discount in Hunter's ski and snowboard shops on Season Passholder Day, Oct. 18.

Under Hunter's Family Plan, the first Adult Gold Pass costs the regular rate; a Spouse Gold Pass costs $629 through Oct. 19, then $799. The first Child Gold Pass costs the regular rate; each additional child Gold Pass costs $249, then $499. Family Toddler Passes costs $20.

Hunter also is selling a Big Lift Card that yields 25 percent off weekend/hholiday lift tickets, and 50 percent off midweek tickets. Skiers/riders who buy before Oct. 31 also receive an unlimited lift ticket. The card costs $39 when skiers and riders purchase online at Hunter's pass page through Oct. 31, and $49 after.
