Problem is I don't see any comments by people from the smaller ski resorts. For example they might say that yes larger ski parks do offer more services but at a significant cost, less personable service and so on. This article only provides one point of view of the larger ski area industry. It does not help the ski consumer to present solely the industry point of view. Its a poor article and should be removed.

Why, just because you disagree with it? That's not how free speech works, kid. Rebut, don't dismiss, and take your discussion to the next level.

Hey, Holy Cow. Two articles were submitted. One on why bigger resorts are good for some families, and a second article on smaller resorts, and why they might be a better option. That article is called, "Keep It Simple For That First-Time Ski Trip." So contrary to your complaint, there is another point of view that is equally valid and interesting. Both have advantages for families. It's a personal preference. Thanks for reading! --Shannon
