Utah Resorts Host Thanksgiving Dine Around

Turkey Day is often a slow time for Utah ski resorts. Yes, most of the ski areas will be open by then (Deer Valley and Sundance are the exceptions) but the terrain is limited and bookings don't yet reach half of what they'll be over Christmas.

Still, that doesn't mean you'll be able to waltz into any old restaurant and be seated for Thanksgiving dinner.  You might find yourself dining on giblets and gravy at a Salt Lake City Village Inn if you don't plan extremely far ahead. FYI: some of these are last year's prices, so expect to pay a few bucks more.
