Bergans Oppdal Insulated Jacket review. OnTheSnow reviewed this insulated jacket as part of its 2016/2017 Jacket Buyers' Guide.

Favorite Features: If Stretch Armstrong sported an insulated jacket, the Oppdal would be it. The “Element Active” four-way stretch material moves with the wearer, not against. The colorways and patterning make the Oppdal a standout for the skier looking for both style and performance.

Room for Improvement: Bergans “ArcticInsulation” makes for a toasty interior, however, we’d like to see the addition of an interior stash and/or media pocket as well.

Fit: We appreciated the added protection from the high collar and the freedom of movement garnered from the articulated shoulders. The length felt spot on, however, the sleeve length seemed a touch long.

Manufacturer Description: 2-layer ski jacket that is suitable for moderate to high activity levels in tough weather conditions. The jacket is insulated, waterproof and windproof and made from a soft and comfortable Bergans Element Active® 4-way stretch material for maximum freedom of movement.
