How’s the skiing?

Just got back from 2 days of great fun. It's a tough year for snow in the rockies, but the staff here have done a tremendous job with snowmaking. This is the place to come. Many great runs to ski.

the main green is open with blue to reach the main lift to the top. backpack off enforced to get on the lifts. it dose not matter if it has waist straps or not. although the ski patrol. the ones that are to set the example don't take there off. lots of rocks in the green trail to scratch up the bottom of the skis.

Pretty Good for not having any new snow. Runs are narrow, they did a descent job opening the long runs. Mainly green and blues.

Conditions are decent until 2 pm or so when snow starts getting scraped and moguls emerge. Haven't had to wait more than 2 minutes for a lift.

Red River - Even with the powder Friday, it's still icy and/or not enough powder where it's groomed. The main runs are good
