Perfect conditions on MLK day. a foot and a half over the weekend powder on the plenty of runs and well groomed blues and greens for the family. Even though it was "busy" there was still no lines.

Saw the question about huge base but only partially opened. The answer is avalanche risk. Tons of snow last week. Even more this week. It's wet and heavy. Also with this blizzard winds at top were over 100mph. Mid mountain was 60mph and that was even a little sketchy. most days they've opened late, and closed early on some. I get the safety emphasis, but delays are poorly posted. Still the skiing has been great, hence the 4 stars. But also agree with past below about $$$. I'm skiing on ikon pass, but I'd be a little pissed to drop $169 for a shortened day on a partially opened mountain.
